Alpine Slide
The Winter Park Alpine Slide
On the slopes of the beautiful Winter Park Resort, feel the wind in your hair as you go down Colorado's longest alpine slide. Winter Park's alpine slide begins with a six-minute scenic chairlift ride on the Arrow. Memories of Olympic bobsledding come to mind as you board your sled. Equipped with rollers and brakes, you begin the 3,000-foot ride, which takes you down a 610-foot vertical drop.
As you wind down the mountainside, take in the beauty of the Winter Park Resort village, downtown Winter Park and the surrounding Continental Divide.
The alpine slide is open daily from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m, beginning in August and running through September. Purchase your adventure pass here.
No children under two years of age permitted on slide. Ages five and under must ride with an adult in same sled. Two people per chair on the Arrow Lift.
