Madden Media Marketing Update
- Lesley showcased format for communication
- Lesley and Bria will be meeting with BOCC next week along with Gaylene
- Media Plan has been approved
- Co-Op CTO Approved: Applied for Sojourn by - platform showcases more data via pixel on ad | Finding voice and presence in market (Tier 2 applied for) - templated ads, images, helping to create branding and awareness of county and area
- Paid search - meta prospecting and remarking live -Working on Nativo and Azira ads
- Dashboard available on Looker studio in Google for everyone to check progress
- Video assets - received from Miles and Gaylene/Paula -looking through videos to determine photos needed. Gaylene also working on Digital Asset Management System. Looking at summer and fall shoot - next winter a Jan/Feb photo shoot
- Partner portal is being worked on for partners to access listings and events
- Website - SEO updates being done
- Email templates - new templates approved goal to launch email 1st week of month
- Campaign Performance - SEM 7727 total clicks with 4.94% as an average
- Engagement rate on website is showing strong which includes longer session duration
- Social media ads - Meta Prospecting ad is at 1288 ctr
- Ad for April Issue WildSam Ad
- Website - Rocky Mt National Park top search (Paid0 - Organic Search - Grand Lake. Organic is strongest as far as bringing traffic to site.
- Media Campaign Calendar: focusing in Epsilon, Expedia/VRBO, Wildam, Azira, etc.
- Other Ad buys - colorado.com e- new news, travel guide ad and website formatted ads
- Working on project management system to collaborate with GCCTB team and Madden team
