Mark your calendars for the 8th Annual Pond Hockey Classic on Grand Lake — February 1st – 2nd, 2025! Experience the thrill of pond hockey on Colorado’s largest natural lake, featuring all-natural ice rinks and a whole lot of fun! This year, we’re thrilled to announce a second day dedicated to a youth tournament, which will raise funds for the Fraser Valley Hockey Association. Adult Tournament: Saturday, February 1st 2025 The adult pond hockey tournament kicks off at 9:00am on Saturday, featuring fast-paced 3vs3 games that will run until sundown. Teams will battle it out on the ice for $500 prizes for each division winner and top bragging rights by day’s end. Spectators are invited to join the fun, with plenty of space for kids and dogs to enjoy an amazing day of hockey! Youth Tournament: Sunday, February 2nd 2025 The youth pond hockey tournament kicks off at 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, with 3vs3 games throughout the day. Young players ages 9 to 17 will hit the ice to compete in four divisions, giving their all in each matchup. Funds raised during this tournament go toward supporting the Fraser Valley Hockey Association. Registration for both Adult and Youth Tournaments open on December 1st, 2024 at 9am.
